I ate here on 1/13/12 with my boyfriend. We both thought the restaurant was cute and the food sounded delicious on the menu. However, I was less than thrilled with the Chicken and waffles. My waffle was hard as a rock and not even warm enough to melt butter. The chicken was juicy and hot but lacked flavor. My boyfriend had the baby back ribs and they were tender but smothered in a lot of BBQ sauce (which was delicious, but he isn't a big sauce guy). We also had an appetizer (garlic and butter shrimp over a grilled biscuit) This was terrible, there was about 1 cup of melted butter in a bowl and the biscuit soaked it all up and the shrimp sat on top. Overall, I was not thrilled about this spot . Not worth the $60 it was for 2 people to dine out.

Great cozy restaurant with so much charm. The food was amazing! I had a cream of carrot soup to start with warm biscuits and corn bread that they give you which are unbelievable. I had the short ribs for dinner with sweet potato and fried okra. They give you the perfect amount of food and the prices are pretty reasonable. Its a byob so you save on that. I also had the carrot cake for dessert and it was amazing! The service was wonderful to. Really great experience!
