Not the best
Went here with a group of people over the summer. They are trying to hard to be hip and fail...I think there is a marijuana bong on the wall. I order the salad, which had way too much cayenne in the dressing. Yes, I said cayenne pepper. I then ordered the chicken parm and it was really bad too (over cooked, almost burnt flavored). I was genuinely disappointed as I was looking forward to a smaller Italian restaurant in Montclair. While the owner and staff were great, this one misses the mark.

Good if you love to wait
Had an 8pm reservation, arrived and were not seated until 9:15pm. The food was good, the people were nice, but they haven't a clue how to manage a restaurant. Save yourself the angst and go across the street to Fascino.

Busy, loud music, better than average food
We went on a Saturday night which I suppose is a problem for this restaurant. First, we had to park a good 1/2 mile away in order to find an available parking space. The restaurant did not have a table available for us even though we had reservations. The restaurant was crowded and had loud music in the background which made it difficult to have a conversation. On the positive side the food was pretty good. I had the lump crab cakes which they made into an main portion for me even though it was only listed as an appetizer. Overall, it was an average dining experience. With all the great restaurants in Montclair to choose from, I probably won't be coming back to this one.

I made the Tutti Vous Wall of Fame... Ok it's not as hokey as Wo Hop in Chinatown
I now am a Tutti Vous Vip... All I had to do was eat here thre times and they gave me a VIP Card, which gets me a free pitcher of their yummy Sangria or 10% my bill. I also get a free entree on my birthday which is coming up real soon. How cool is that. And I get to bring my own wine or spirits to add to the Sangria with no corkage fee!! And they gave me a copy of my picture for free.

Amazing Food and service..
My Husband and I had dinner Friday night with friends at this wonderful little place on Bloomfield Ave in Montclair. We ordered the Crab Cakes, Crab Dip and Sauteed Mussels... OMG each was just amazing!!! The Crab Cake had these chunks of crab in it, a mouth full with each bite, truely the BEST I ever had. The Dip was also very good and the Mussels were just Fabulous. My friends ordered the Filet Mignon and Blackened Mahi Mahi done to perfection and I ordered the Caribbean Jerk Chicken my husband had the Parmesan Crusted Tilapia. Mine was spicy they way it should be and abounding with flavor, just excellent!!! My husband loved his fish. It was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside and the sauteed spinach that accompanied it just outstanding. We decided that we love this restaurant, especially when Chef Maggie stopped by to inquire about our meal. She suggested the Warm Bread Pudding with a caramel whiskey sauce for a dessert and OMG was it out of this world. I highly recommend this restaurant. It will not dssappoint!!!!

Great new spot!
Went on a Friday evening. Very happy with the food, service and value. I had delicious crab cake and spinach salad. Husband had the filet mignon and loved it. Chose these items b/c of excellent review...and of course they were excellent! Now I have to go back to try the rest of the menu! The restaurant was not very busy which made me sad because we enjoyed it so much! We even recommended it to a group reading the window menu on our way out!

A delightful experience
We were looking for something different so we made a reservation at Tutti Vous on Opentable.com. We were greeted by the owner who was also our waiter (he was also a babysitter so some of the other customers could eat). We started with the crab cake and a salad and for entrees we had the Tilapia and the Pork loin. Everything was excellent. The prices were quite reasonable too. We will certainly return

Great Place!
We went there last night and we loved it! Had the crab cake app (awesome) and gourmet mac & cheese (chedder/brie/bechamel sauce) for me and filet mignon for my wife - both were fantastic! We'll be back - soon! Mike (the owner) was very welcoming - desserts were great too!

Wow!!!! Just an A+ Eatery
I had the great pleasure of dining at Tutti Vous Sunday, 23rd May, 2010. I was introduced to it by a good friend. Not only does Tutti Vous serve amazing food which will satify you deeply but the ambiance and service are first class. My highlights for the evening were: Lump Crab Cake: This should have everyone running to partake of its heavenly taste. Just a masterpiece. Filet Migon: Done to perfection with a great roast garlic mash potato to accompany it. Macadamian Crusted Grouper: Another Masterpiece. Wow...Every bite was amazing. I thnk I could eat this every night for a week. Sauteed Caribbean Jerk Chicken Breast: I had the opportunity to sample this. What I loved the best was that the jerk sauce was really spicy-the way I like it. Marge-the Chef should have a statue built in her honor or at least her own segment on the Food Network. Thanks for creating and presenting such great food which enhanced my time on vacation. Mike, you're the best and Thanks for doing what you do so well. Congratulations and Bravo for Tutti Vous.

I'll be back!
What a great surprise...while attending a concert Sunday night at the Welmont a friend and I passed a restaurant that looked really cool inside. Since we had some time to kill we went in and ordered a crab cake with a spicy ailoi servered with a side salad that had a ginger lime dressing on it and a grilled marinated tofu with stir fry veggies and noodles with a teriyaki sauce over it...It was to die for...OMG I love this place.. great food, friendly people, and a comfortable atmosphere. I give it 5 stars!!!!
