Rip-off!!!
Looked at the menu online & ordered a pick-up: Grilled Chicken Pizza -- $17.95. I went to pick it up & saw the price in the printed menu: Grilled Chicken Pizza -- $18.95. When I went to pay at the register: Grilled Chicken Pizza -- $20.95. My girlfriend got a salad that she ordered in the store. They forgot certain ingredients & overcharged for me for that also. When I asked what was going on, they told me they had just changed the prices without changing THE PRINTED MENU & ONLINE. Basically...I got ripped off!!! I've been going to Villa Victoria since it opened & the last few times have been disappointing. After this latest incident, I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!! It's not hard to find a better pizza place in this area, especially one without attitude & surprise price changes. Do yourself a favor, EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Good pies, brutally bad service
Ordered there several times, with delivery times getting longer each time. Last time I ordered, we waited an hour and a half. I called and was told simply, "Fine. Then cancel." She hung up. Nuff said.

Good Specialty Pies
Service is always a gamble-but their specialty pies are really, really good (the bruschetta and mushroom pies are our fav's) . Have been going for about 10 years, think it's the best pie in Montclair. Service has always been lack luster-but that's life. Go further a-field to Angelos in Bloomfield for consistancy on your everyday plain pies and better service...
